INTRODUCING

A self-paced digital course created by an organizational change consultant & equity coach with 20+ years of experience that teaches you 6 areas to introduce innovative practices that will help your teams break-free from the status quo and create a workplace where everyone thrives.

Disrupt Your DEI is designed to help internal change-agents build and practice skills to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

After 20 years of working at the intersections of organizational psychology, capacity building, public policy, racial justice and intersectional equity,

I created this course to provide you with real tactics and tools to build the leadership skills that can dismantle the harmful and toxic practices that got us here.* *(here=needing DEI in the first place).

When we Disrupt DEI, we change the status quo and begin to co-create an aspirational future where:

  • Companies are operating using a people-first approach

  • Organizations are holding themselves accountable for the impact of unchecked institutional racism and other inequities showing up at work.

  • Employee turnover has been replaced by enthusiastic employee retention.

  • Power dynamics, interpersonal conflict, and identity-based harm has been mitigated by conscious relationship agreements, intentional policies and leadership practices.

HOW THIS COURSE IS DIFFERENT?

We developed this innovative course based on our 25 years of doing racial justice, diversity, equity and inclusion across various industries and sectors. We aren't new to this. Our unique methodology disrupts the norm and empowers you to challenge limiting definitions and practices.

In Disrupt Your DEI, you'll develop the skills to assess your organization, develop a change management approach, and learn how to drive positive behavioral change at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

This course will give you the information, tools, and help you build the skills to do it.

You'll go deep into concepts that span the fields of community planning and organizing, strategic planning, change management, organizational psychology, and anti-racism.

Are you ready?

  • We have to radically change the way we lead, manage, and design our workplaces, and we have to change the way we’re talking about, and doing, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

  • We have to move beyond the same old implicit bias trainings that focus on individual actions.

  • We have to get serious about the way systems of oppression show up and thrive in the workplace
